"This property was beautiful! Spacious house with wonderful outdoor space on both levels. It was very close to the coastal town of Ostia and we loved our day at the beach. For trips into Rome, the transportation was a little more complicated and expensive. Overall, a terrific place for families - I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all of the amenties."

"This place is super clean in lovely area, they left a little snak's box and drinks as well as fruits to welcome us! Property owner was very nice and helpful we had a car breakdown he called road side assistant he stayed with us until it got resolved as the customer service couldn't speak English!"

"We were 11 people aged 6-68 who stayed for over a week in the Villa. Everyone except the grandfather wants to come back to the Villa. The grandchildren gave the Villa 8.5. Their parents gave the Villa 8. Grandma and Grandpa, who are more snobbish, gave the Villa 5 (out of 10 possible). The tennis court and outdoor play area were great (8-10). We thought the pool was heated but it wasn't - that was our mistake and at this time of year it was too cold for general use. All our children were happy...

"We only stayed one night but overall, it was a great place to stay for our layover. It was convenient to the airport and not too far from the center of Rome. The apartment was clean and David was very helpful getting us in and settled. The beds were not really beds, more like cots and a pull out couch. A friend staying with us had his feet hanging off the end in his room (he is very tall though). Those smaller cots are good for kids. "

The outdoor space is amazing - with a hot tub, ping pong table and bikes to keep our children entertained for hours. "Fantastisk beliggenhet, stor og romslig bolig, men ikke tilpasset utleie for 11 personer. Strømbrudd pga belastning, dårlig røropplegg og svært variabel kvalitet på sengene. Ett av rommene med 4 senger er uten vifte og/eller AC, det ble ubehagelig varmt. Havbunnen rett utenfor er full av kråkeboller så badesko er påkrevd. P.t velegnet for kanskje 6 personer, dersom man er flere bør man sjekke om boligen er blitt oppgradert. Stille og rolig område, man bør ha bil."
