The deck is furnished with comfortable seating, lighting, and a propane grill (gas included) making it the perfect place to unwind at night. Or take a load off and soak in the master bathroom’s jacuzzi tub! The home has high speed internet, smart TV's in every room, central air/heat, games, a wood burning fireplace and more. We provide linens, towels, a starter kit of kitchen and bathroom paper products, and basic toiletries! For the summer months you can't get any closer to Boulder Lake! The lake is only a short 7 minute (0.3miles) walk away. 6 Amenity passes for Boulder Lake Club are included/free for summer amenities. Boulder Lake Club amenities include; an outdoor lakeside heated pool, kiddie pool, large maintained private community beach, a variety of recreational activities including tennis, volleyball, cornhole, ladderball, bocce ball and ping pong, boat, kayak and watersport equipment available for rent.
