"Visited for the 2024 Solar Eclipse, stayed one night and could not have asked for better accommodations. We were very impressed with having frozen ice cubes and a cold water pitcher in the fridge upon arrival. Supplies for coffee in the morning was also clutch. Then a few days after we checked out, we were asked if we had left a charger in the room. It was not ours, however just the thought of asking us was unexpected and nice."

"The condo was very clean and comfortable. Eddie's instructions to get into the condo were excellent and there was even free Hulu! The washers & dryers are downstairs in the basement and there was detergent and fabric sheets available. All in all, a very pleasant stay! Oh, and Eddie's wife ran cookies out to me just as I was about to leave. Thank you so much! "

Maggi contacted us immediately and offered another unit in the same complex, which is across the street from Bretton Woods. "It was really convenient for skiing. There’s plenty of room so everyone could spread out and do their own thing if they wanted to. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed , utensils, pots and pans, to prepare dinners."

"A beautiful condo in an excellent location. It was the perfect base for our plan to view the total solar eclipse in Stratford, NH and return afterward avoiding traffic that turned out to be difficult for others. We would love to return for a summer stay and the opportunity to explore the Bretton Woods and White Mountain attractions. A ski vacation next winter would also be a lot of fun!"

"Perfect condo! All the rooms are easy to live in. The decor is very pleasing and fits the area vibe. Love the kitchen, and the Kuerig with the frother( I didn’t know I needed that in my life!). The area is very peaceful, 30 steps to the ski area ( the skiers were very relaxed and easy going ) Came to see the eclipse, but would definitely come back for skiing or just to enjoy rural Vermont!"

"Property is in a great spot, but dated. Pictures make the living space and kitchen look much bigger than they are. Was surprised to find that the kitchen is really a galley kitchen which can only have two adults it it at the same time...and even then, they are bumping in to each other. The condo itself is in a low-lying area relative to the other units and is dark inside. Deck is small with dense foliage surrounding it and gets very little sun. "The place was great; clean, cozy, comfortable and convenient location to things we were doing. Just a couple of things to note as an FYI for the owners. Toilet tank leaked occasionally, I put a bucket under it, to capture the water. The kitchen sink, spray hose would not shut off. Also, a critter, probably a red squid, was in the upper left bedroom cubby. We had a great week and hope to return soon. Thank you Ken"
