4/10 Poor

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
No blackout curtains in room, parking lot lights beamed thru the windows. No one at check in desk, waited over 15 minutes. Common area bathrooms near pool locked and no one ever at the front desk. Not enough towels in room ,felt like I had to beg to get the appropriate amount for my family. No pool towels. Had to get get linens for the sofa bed and the sheets were heavily stained, I ended up pulling a sleeping bag out of my car and used that. Two kids were running around the hotel unattended, I believe they were staff member kids . The young lady that took care of the breakfast area was wonderful . Fire the rest if the staff and promote her.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. When we arrived in our room it was very cold. We had no shower curtain or any towels and washcloths when. My daughter went to the front desk to ask for the shower curtain and the towels , the front desk person gave her the third degree about if we had pets, how many people in our room, etc.. a child should not have been asked things kinds of questions that I had already answered when I checked in

Arrived on Friday for a 2 night stay. Both beds had stained blankets. The chair in the room was stained kinda look like someone was murdered in it. Went to the desk and they offered me new sheets that it. And just handed them to me. Didn’t ask to see the room or nothing. Offered a full clean service in the morning. We left at 8am togo to a basketball tournament near by. Returning at 3pm to the room in the same condition. The only compliment i have is the girl working the breakfast was cleaning up everything during the entire time of the breakfast duration. I do not recommend stay here.
