Confortable, great shower and loved the double sink. The air condition airflow in the bedroom was pretty strong and the only option was setting it up or down. The pool was great and breakfast area and service was excellent

Stayed here twice already and was outstanding each time. Stayed in the king size bed suite with jacuzzi. Always very clean well taken care of and close to all shopping and attractions.

Our room had a nasty smell. It smelled like sweaty gym clothes. Told front desk and he sprayed air freshener that didn't help at all. No other solution was offered so we checked out the next morning. We have stayed at this hotel several times and this was the first time we had this problem. Needless to say we won't be staying here again

Location, cleanliness, staff professionalism, comfort are the best words that come to mind when thinking of Parkview Inn & Suites. When checking in the staff is friendly. When you make your way to your room, the hallways are spacious and clean. When you get into your room, there’s comfort everywhere… beds, storage for your clothes, a place for your snacks.. and the bathroom has the space and everything you need for your stay. Everyday we stepped out and came back, room service would have made their way through the room setting u the beds and restocking the bathroom. As for the location, you’re in the middle of many popular places in Lancaster county. You’re across the street from The Dutch Wonderland Family Amusement Park, up the street from the Tanger Outlets. You’re only a few minutes drive from any Amish Tourist destination. Also, if you want to venture a little further, you’re only a few miles from Hershey Park. The property includes breakfast with a number of options which is very helpful when traveling with children. Some places are very limited but at Parkview Inn and Suites, breakfast included: cereal, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, a selection of fruits, and number of individually wrapped pastries, bagels, muffins and a lot more. It’s hard to find a place that checked all the boxes. If you’re traveling with a group or with small kids, Parkview Inn and Suites takes care of the comfort, you just have to worry about the fun.

This is a nice hotel that has pretty clean rooms. Fairly priced and the staff was pleasant. It was nice to hear two of the people cleaning rooms quietly laughing with each other and they were very friendly and welcoming. The woman at the front desk when we checked out was also very nice. Two negative things that stood out. For someone that has allergies to many fake fragrances, this place is going to have a negative impact on how you feel. The rooms themselves were not awful but they use fragranced sprays and likely perfumed laundry detergent and when I woke up in the morning I could barely open my eyes and felt terrible until I was outside for an hour or so. The lobby is saturated with fragrant smells and I immediately felt it while in that area. Also the carpet going up the stairs and on the landing to the second floor is very stained and dirty and gives a terrible first impression. That said overall it is a nice property in a convenient location and overall the rooms were clean and in good condition.

The property is centrally located and can walk to activities, shopping and food. The facilities is clean and homey. Breakfast options are good, mostly microwaveable sandwiches, breads, cereals, etc. There were hard boiled eggs and a waffle machine as well. More variety than I’m used to in a complimentary breakfast. The coffee was good and fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool water looked a little cloudy though. Towels were always well stocked. Room was cleaned thoroughly. Overall a very pleasant stay. The room was more spacious than usual.

the staff at front desk was very nice and helpful, they let me to check in in earlier when I explained that I was already in town at 12pm and my daughter had special needs, so instead of 4pm I got my room at 1:40pm, I really appreciated it. and the most wonderful when I got there, the girl told me that my room was upgraded from a regular room to a mini suite, how nice, very spacious room. very nice. another thing I like was the location, plenty of restaurants, at a short distance, and Tanger outlet next to it, I could walk
