The kindness of the front desk clerk. I ended up in the ER and she helped in every way possible. Furthermore, I have NO complaints about this establishment. Clean. Quiet. It has everything. The Room was clean, Bed very comfortable, Road noise was barely existing, the bathroom was very nice and spacious, the room has everything you could need. Anytime I travel to Owosso I will be staying here for sure.

Wonderful stay! The Pines Country inn sits back from a busy street. It was very quiet. Loved the way the bathroom was separated off from the room. I got a 96 sleep score! That’s a great nights sleep!

We were pleasantly surprised at the condition of the room. The entire bathroom facilities appeared to have been updated recently. The furniture in the bedroom could use some attention. We were pleased with our two-day stay.

As we found the property updated, it was clean, quiet, close to what needed to be. Only problem we found with room was the shower did not have handicap bars. Being handicapped with balance issues made the shower useless to me as I could not shower. My wife found the shower quite invigorating. Saying all this, management, please add handicap bars to showers for future handicap people.

The room was clean and the staff was great. This is an older motel in the area but has been remodeled recently and was spotless. We will stay here whenever we go to the Owosso,Mi. area again. No fears here, we enjoyed our stay and can be a little picky sometimes!
