"Beautiful house on a corner terrace, photos were accurate the property was very well equipped. The availability of the garage was useful for our bikes and roof box. The local town had a daily market selling amazing produce, the local bakery was also amazing along with an ice cream parlour which made fabulous waffles. "We stayed for one night at this property. Great location with free parking close by. A good base for exploring La Rochelle. Would stay again but mattress not very comfortable and first hotel I have ever stayed in where they ask you to take your rubbish out yourself. It served a purpose and the bottles of water and sweets were a nice touch. "

"We had a lovely stay here. The reception staff were really welcoming and helpful. I was a bit surprised because the room picture was of twin beds with space between, but it was made up as a double. I was travelling with my son, so ended up sleeping on the sofa bed, which was easy to pull out, had a bottom sheet already on and additional pillows etc were in the cupboard. The wall cupboards weee tricky for me, as I’m only 5’1” tall!! Fortunately my son is 6’ tall and was willing to reach things...

"Nous avons sejourné dans cette maison pendant 3 jours, nous étions 3 familles. Séjour compliqué... La maison était très sale à notre arrivée, intérieurement comme extérieurement. Une maison laissée à l abandon, avec de l électroménager HS, peu de vaisselle, des toilettes HS, des chambres sans lumière, des robinetteries usées à ne plus pouvoir les fermer, une odeur de moisissure... Même si la maison est bien placée par rapport au centre ville, nous ne recommandons pas ce logement."

"This property was good for my wife and I. Everything we needed was available. The location is good with a lovely stroll along the water into the town centre. Parking outside on the road was not ideal and it was our 3rd day before we could park directly outside of the house. Only downside was the based bedroom, this is not suitable for use. It is noisy due to hum of fans and dehumidifer that was needed to keep the damp smell down. Great house if you are looking for one bedroom."
