“We walked to trails. We drove a short way to other trails. Downtown was a short drive for eating and shopping. It was so perfectly located. Our stay in Mankato was comfortable and so enjoyable! ”

“Our extended family had a fun 5 night stay on Madison Lake. We had 6 adults and 4 kids. There is a large game room with a pool table, ping pong, fooseball, keyboard, and a variety of games and toys, and a 2nd fridge. The kitchen is large and well stocked with pots and pans and dishes galore, and a Kuerig coffee machine. They even provided some snacks, waters, and a couple bottles of wine! What a nice surprise! We enjoyed time by the lake having a fire in the fire pit and playing corn hole toss.……

“Very comfortable and visually striking place with lots of nice little touches (e.g., gorgeous hand towels in the bathrooms; premium soaps / toiletries). Kitchen was pretty well stocked with cookware and tools, though I would prefer a regular coffee maker to a Keurig. It was maybe a little dusty -- my allergies flared up after a day there, but I can't say for sure that it was the house, and everyone else in my group was fine. There was some difficulty / delay in getting the access details, but……

“This home was easy find, lots of parking, great accessibility to unload stuff. It was clean and neat with lots of space. Communication with the host was great and the beds were very comfortable. Even had great water pressure in the shower! Seemed to have everything on hand we had forgotten and was easy to get in and out. Highly recommend! ”

“I was in town for a wedding and needed a place that allowed dogs. The owner was awesome and had multiple dog friendly items in the house. It was just 5 of us that ended up staying (and two dogs) but there was plenty of room for everyone including my 89 year old Mom who loved having her own main floor bedroom and bathroom. I love older homes and this one had a 3rd floor tucked away that would be perfect for kids. Beautiful birds eye view. The home was clean, well maintained, very quiet, and……
