“My room had many maintenance issues. The light switch at the door was nonfunctional. The electrical outlets under the desk did not have power. The toilet was loose on the floor and moved about every time one sat down. The shower curtain bracket was pulling out of the wall. The fan in the bathroom did not work. Breakfast was extremely meager and can be summarized as being only starch and sugar. The outside entry door card reader was covered in doctor tape and the door was difficult to close. I……

“Comfortable stay, nice property. Communication prior to arrival on Expedia was non existent. The nightly rate was fair for what you get, if your getting your own bathroom. The fees were high. You are charged double fees for using Expedia and a card ($18). Couldn't get the TV to work, it was a cold breakfast not a hot one fyi. Guests have to present for owner to run your card. Not sure why that is either if your card is on Expedia. Thank you for the accommodations. ”

“About as good as the photos show. The carpet was dirty and needs to be replaced. There were some bugs (doors are exterior so to be expected, I guess?), but no bed bugs. Sheets seemed clean. There was a spider and web over one bed. Queen beds (2) were each up against a wall or window on one side, so small. Everything was very old and smelled old. We think the paint on the outside is new. The woman who runs the motel is very sweet and we can tell she’s trying hard. Making updates where she can.……

“Liked the small extra niceties like the embossed H on toilet roll when starting it, the welcome card and chocolate, nice towels, spacious room, fridge and freezer. Check in was pleasant. Warned us there may be problems with charges. Had booked with Expedia. We did later discover a charge from both Expedia and Harmony on cc but upon calling the Inn it was quickly resolved. Very much enjoyed relaxing outside in their semi private outdoor lounge with comfy seating, table, chairs and grill for use……
