Our room was quiet & clean and was in the Red building, which is separate but only a few steps away from the main section of resort. It’s anquieter section of resort and has a nice & spacious back lawn with chaise lounges, tables, & a grill for guests to use."

"Pros: Stunning views, private beach, extra large swimming pool, and beautiful grounds. Rooms were very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Friendly staff and only a short drive to downtown shopping and restaurants. Cons: Restaurant food was “ok”. I thought the dinner menu was the lunch menu. Just apps and handhelds."

"Our only disappointment with the hotel was that the reservations were for an ocean view room but instead we overlooked the parking lot. The hotel was clean, easily accessible, and included a parking which is definitely needed. The Kennebunk area is very busy and in town driving could be hectic. Reservations for dinning and probably anything else should be done in advance. "
