“What a great place to stay. We can’t say enough good things about Dawn or the home. It was as advertised, extremely clean, and exceptionally well prepared. Dawn was very helpful, gracious, and quick to respond! The toys and books in the kids room were a huge hit with my children, the outside activities were thoughtful and great as well. We enjoyed utilizing the waffle station every morning. This will definitely be the first place we look for any time we need a place to stay in State College.……

“Host was great with timely communication and the price was fantastic considering there was a PSU game and the place is 10 min away from Beaver stadium. My only complaint is that the apt. needs some updating. Everything is very worn and old. We were literally in the apt for 10 hrs so it served its purpose.”

“Host was very accommodating. Went above and beyond with trying to locate physical maps of the area (don't have a smart phone or GPS). Was willing to text me messages to insure everything went smoothly and to verify that I was receiving the emails on my laptop.”

“The property description is misleading. It listed 1.5 bathrooms, but there is only one. I was unaware of this until I arrived at the property. Keep in mind that I had been communicating with the property manager, for over 4 months. To start, I was not informed that you had to trek up these old, steep, metal stairs to enter the rented area. Or, you could walk up the frontstairs, but the entrance is narrow and its a lot of stairs. My mother came with me, as my daughter was graduating from college.……
