"Communication was great mostly until I asked for a creídos because the unit didn’t have a/c. Even after maintenance came it still didn’t have a/c. Luckily it wasn’t super hot weather and we opened window but there was no cross ventilation. And the birds began at 3 AM!! The unit thermostat was 78 degrees most of the time. "I stayed at this place for about 2 weeks. First, I will say the bathroom has roaches living under the vanity. I have seen them run out of the laundry room also. Bring a few large bricks with you because you will need it sitting on the couch, if you don't, you will likely be sitting on the floor. The bathroom stool is very short in height. I this it came from a daycare facility. I absolutely did not eat in this house for fear of roaches having dinner with me. I left before the lease end and...

"What a great time we spent in Charlotte at this VRBO property! It was beautifully decorated and supplied with everything we needed for our 3 month stay. Working with the owner was a pleasure. She was easy to communicate with and prompt in answering any question. The unit is located with a nice open area behind it and we enjoyed many mornings sipping coffee and watching deer wandering by."
