Great staff, clean rooms, easy to get to, but being right off I127, we heard emergency vehicles all afternoon and all night. Either a main thoroughfare to move emergency vehicles across town, or it’s close to a station or hospital. Never staying here again.

This property redeemed the Hilton name in my book. We have not stayed at a Hilton since we have had several bad experiences in the past. We took a chance on this place and very glad we did. This is what a Hilton hotel should look like. Kudos to the staff. It was a great stay!

Room was a little hot for our taste. Digital check-in was a waste of time. I had go to the front desk anyways. Staff was rude about how long it took for us to return a cart. They came to our room after 15 minutes of checking in to retrieve the cart that had yet to be unloaded. Overall stay was pretty good. Room was clean.

Bourbon Trail Stay

We stayed here because we took the Buffalo Trace and Woodford Reserve tour - great and easy access to both. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Would stay here again.

Looked nice but needed to be cleaned a bit better. It was very noisy, doors slamming and ice machine was VERY noisy! Front desk staff were very friendly and always greeted us.

Wonderful hotel and people

From check in to check out everyone was friendly. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was large with plenty of room. This is a great place to stay.
