This is a double edge sword because the gal at the front desk was super helpful with check in, and even got me in earlier than I was expecting. The room however was a different story. 5 minutes in and I was noticing bugs! Cockroaches on the furniture and bed. I went down to immediately cancel and she was helpful and quick with that too, and even told me to have Expedia call her and she would confirm why I was cancelling. I am still trying to work out a refund… so hopefully that gets squared away.

The front desk clerk was nice enough but when I needed to pay over the phone she wasn’t very helpful. The pool was covered in a tarp full of leaves— that is the reason we got a room there — for the pool! Very disappointing.

The room served its purpose for an inexpensive stay, but old hotel, needs work. Looked like they had people living in the back, very dirty, broke down cars, pool closed, food truck out front that was smelly, trash on the ground and looked very low life. Towels had stains, bathroom smelled. But we were allowe to have our big dogs stay which was important.

overall experience was quite positive. The staff and service were exceptional, and their attentiveness made my stay enjoyable. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. Notably, there was no soap provided in the toilet; only shampoo and conditioner were available. Additionally, the cleanliness of the surrounding area could have been better. Despite these minor issues, the excellent service from the staff made a significant difference in my overall impression of the stay.

Lots of workers shared many rooms and went well beyond what you would expect. Cooking done outside the rooms, and you had to walk past this to get to ice machine. Overall terrible location and experience. Shower tub became a pond because it didn't drain properly.

The pictures online if this property look nothing like how it actually is. Every inch of the room was dirty, including the door itself. There was black mold in the shower, stains on the sheets, and the mattress protectors were torn in many places, amongst other cleanliness issues. We had no other options on places to stay due to the festival in Lexington. The only nice part about this hotel was the staff, and the nice gas station next door with a good selection of hot food options.

It's just OK

The staff is super friendly and was the best part of the stay. The hotel is older and desperately needs maintenance. The room was clean and smoke-free but no drain plug in vanity sink, bathroom fan did not work, and tub was fairly gross with a lot of mildew stains in the caulk. Even though four people were registered, only were provided linens for two. Free breakfast was decent enough but they really need to improve on the coffee. Overall, it was acceptable for the price but we've stayed at better low budget places before. Honestly, the most undesirable part was it appears people rent there long term. Don't love the transient feeling and the residents things out on the sidewalks and balconies. It would be nice if they kept residents in one section of the complex. The other thing was a sketchy looking Indian food truck in the parking lot and although it smelled delicious, they should remove the supplies or whatever looks like garbage in the front window because it didn't look clean enough for us to want to try it. Otherwise, we probably would have.

It was Awesome, very nice staff, Excellent customer service, very helpful and polite staff. Breakfast was great! My stay was awesome! Me and Max my dog enjoyed our stay. I will be back.
