“We enjoyed our stay very much!! Location is fantastic! Short walk to the beach & Ocean Dr!! We had plenty of room for 4, very clean, & photos are accurate of his place! The private parking spot is key. We would recommend Marc’s place for a family of 4 or for any guests looking for location!!”

We didn't need a rental car because this place is so close to the premier places to be in South Beach. This place has a Pennsylvania Ave address but it's literally a step from Washington. I plan to stay here again if I got to Miami Beach!!”

“Front staff is so nice! The entrance is at the back of the building, and the room was great! If you’re staying around spring break/ the weekends are popping off, I highly suggest ear plugs! You can hear a lot, but did NOT ruin our time at all! We actually laughed a lot about it all weekend! Super convenient and short walking distance to the beach”

“Had a great weekend staying here in South Beach. Close to many restaurants and the beach is only a few blocks away. Would definitely recommend staying here. The room itself is no frills, but I’m not coming to South Beach to lay around in my rented room. Room is clean just some items are a bit dated. The property has a terrace on the 2nd floor that was fun to sit at and people watch. Staff on site are super friendly. ”

“Condo was very clean and well equipped. The building is beautiful and we felt very safe. Alexis is super responsive and wonderful to deal with....excellent communicator. I cannot stress this enough: You do NOT need a car!! The condo is just far enough away from the bustle to be really quiet and relaxing, but incredibly walkable to pretty much everything. Parking is rough (Alexis helped us immediately though), but it is in the whole city. We actually rented a car because I didn't pay attention,……

“We loved this very clean and recently renovated unit. Location for us was perfect due to proximity to our son’s home and the beach. So much to offer on south Miami Beach in the way of restaurants, park for kids to play and beach. Only negative was the noise early in the morning from slamming doors and kids yelling in the building that woke us up. But would stay here again.”
