We have stayed at elita several times over past 5 yrs. The rooms were clean but starting To see some wear. The biggest Complaint Is access to support staff. We had an AC issue and left several VMware messages with no call backs. We figured it out in the end. Would like to see more attention to facility condition to keep fresh

Burst pipe led to water being switched off in the building. We were told matter would be resolved quickly. Terrible customer service. Waited over 3hrs queuing for reception who were not helpful or apologetic in the slightest. Hotel is not what you would expect from a Nobu hotel

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
