This recreation and green space is free to visit, so you can have a good time without spending all your cash. However, Lions Park isn't the only worthwhile sight in and around the riverside neighborhood of East Hill. With Historic Pensacola Village, Saenger Theatre and Cordova Mall close by, you may be tempted to stay a little longer.

The only thing I didn’t like was both days at the beach after we reserved an umbrella and chairs…we had to wait 30-35minutes for towels.

The first room we were give was awful. There was construction being done to the building and our room had what seems to be an air mattress on the bed and the windows to the balcony was covered with plastic. We had no visibility to the beach and the door was sealed shut to the balcony. We returned to guest services with our concerns. We were please with the results, after we discussed our problems with our room and guest services were able to give us another room. The replacement room was much better.
