"We love the clean and friendly atmosphere here. The old Chicago Pizza has delicious eating options and a fantastic bar. Location is close to Highway, shopping, and other restaurants. We have stayed here over and over while visiting the Joplin area."

"This hotel everyone on the staff greeted me in such a pleasant manner. The added details offered by the hotel are very nice. I will be utilizing Drury Hotels in the future when available. I was quite impressed. "

"Our room was super clean. I have a very sensitive nose and loved the crisp clean look and smell of the towels, pillows, sheets and carpet.
I can't praise the establishment enough for staying focused on keeping travelers happy."

"Okay rooms near the front desk are clean and quiet. I stayed here previously in an unremodeled section of the hotel and the room was terrible and smelly. This time I stayed near the front desk and the room was nice."

"Overall a very nice place. The rooms are VERY small. Everything was crowded in the room. It was clean and nice. We were here for a wedding and my cousin and husband from out of state were there for 2 days. The room was too crowded to visit in so we went to the small lounge. I had called around trying to find a hotel with biscuits and gravy for breakfast. I called and was told yes that they served them. They did not and have not for years. It was truthfully the main reason we chose this one. So we had to go out to eat breakfast. ☹️. Staff should be well informed of what is being served. But over all for just sleeping it was good along with the price. "
