**NEW** This spacious and stylish raised ground floor 35m2 apartment is in a superb location for the very best of Notting Hill, being only 1 minute walk from Ladbroke Grove Tube (Circle, District and Hammersmith lines) and just a two minute stroll from the renowned Portobello Road and the plethora of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants that Notting Hill has to offer.

*Please note there is only one bed in this unit, not two. NO SOFABED.*

This studio feels spacious and there is a separate large bathroom with a shower, eco shower gel, shampoo and fluffy towels too.

You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washer/dryer and a comfy velvet love seat in the living area as well as a 42" Android smart TV for those evenings in.

A super comfy king size bed awaits with puffy pillows and crisp white sheets and useful bedside wireless phone chargers.

To make sure you can stay connected is super fast WIFI throughout the studio.

You are located right next door to the famous Sarm recording studios (now Threesixzero) where stars such as Rihanna, One Direction, Kanye West, Dua Lipa and Kylie Minogue to name but a few have all recorded, so don’t be surprised if you bump into someone famous on your way to the multitude of bars and restaurants Notting Hill has to offer. For shopping, if Portobello market doesn't have what you need then the huge Westfield shopping centre (largest in Europe) is just two tube stops (4 mins) away.

You are in central London in the heart of Notting Hill and although the windows are double glazed there can be some street and road noise.
For light sleepers we provide ear buds.

Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.

***Hot water is from an electric immersion tank and although usually sufficient for 2 guests to shower, if long showers or baths are taken it may take an hour for the tank to heat the water up again***

*** The One One One is a strictly no smoking building. As well as tobacco this includes vapes, incense sticks etc. There is a £100 cleaning surcharge for failure to adhere to this policy.

***CARNIVAL AUG 23-25***
These dates are exclusively open on Airbnb only. The One One One is right in the thick of the Carnival and the colourful processions of floats and costumed dancers go right past the front of the building. . The front steps will be secured for guests only and they will be a great vantage point to escape the throngs and enjoy the sounds and view . Furthermore, as part of the festivities we plan to have a carribean outdoor bbq kitchen in the front enclosed area - our guests can enjoy an authentic jerk chicken meal free of charge!
Please note the number of guests cannot exceed the booking and access will be denied to all if this is attempted.

* No use of washer/dryer between 11pm to 8am

* No cooking with strongly smelling / pungent foods /spices.

Perfect location. We loved it!

It was perfect. Everything was as described in the listing so there were no surprises. Spacious enough for 2 people to be comfortable. The flat was very clean and we loved the decor. We spent our days touring so it was nice to crawl into the very comfortable bed at the end of a long day! We were close enough to Portobello to enjoy the market and the shops but not too close that our street was crowded with people. It was also nice to be within walking distance of the tube. Thanks for everything Paul, we will be back again someday! :)
