The finish on the spa was wearing in spots which made it look dirty. There were cracks in the walls and a hole in the bathroom. The remote for the TV was damaged and missing pieces of plastic on the sides. They had to bring me two other remotes before my TV would work and then when my TV did work, the picture was zoomed in so the whole screen was not visible. When I got out of the spa tub and walked to get dressed, the bottom of my feet were dirty with how dirty the floor was not being mopped.
