“When I arrived, the cottage had my name mixed up with another which delayed my checking in. Part of the amenities was a bottle of wine (how nice!); however, I had to ask for it. :( Despite those two issues, the room, the breakfast, homemade cookies, etc., was all quite nice. The location was key as I was going to a concert. I would stay there again. ”

“These are cute rock cottages which afford privacy. The communication with the host was excellent. The interior was pretty tired and furnished with kitschy garage sale type furniture. It had a jacuzzi tub which also served as a shower-with an 18 inch entry and slippery tub, it's definitely a slip and fall risk. It comes with breakfast every day at a local restaurant which was excellent. If the owner did some updates, they could charge more, but it was a fair value for the price. ”

“Very nice B&B. Walkable to most of Eureka Spings, but is quite hilly. If the climb is tough the Trolley Stop is right in front of the property. The hosts are fantastic, will go back”

“I chose this property because of the lake access that is in the front yard. It has rocks you can jump off of into the lake or just sit back and fish. The house is newly renovated and comfy. And I bet if you come at the right time of year the drive in will be a mind blowing view. I got to meet the owner who lives near by and she is very nice. My only complaint is the property was not listed as smoking but the main bedroom had a very strong old smoke smell. I ended up purchasing candles to...
