"Very pleasant stay. Clean rooms and very quiet!"

"Location was the best thing about this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was clean but dated. Needs upgrades. I didn’t care for the breakfast. WiFi seemed okay. It was great it had both a microwave and fridge but I didn’t make use of them. Bathrooms had only towels and soap - no cotton buds, shower cap or other little complimentary items"

"Needs updating badly. Walls are thin and tuff to sleep first night for a gamer who had sound up high. Manager corrected it. Still a musty smell with cigarette smell. Price was good just Wish it was more updated"

"Hotel was beautiful and very well maintained. The only complaint i have is that when we checked in our car was taken by valet, we went inside to check in and we were told that the valet can range anywhere from 30-$70 a night depending on what was going on in the area. We went and put our luggage and came back down and told the valet we didn’t want to use their valet services. He said he would make sure we were not charged for the short time they had our car so we selfed park the rest of the stay. But we were in fact charged by the valet for $30. Called the hotel and he took down my info and no one has ever called me back. Had to reverse the charge with our credit card company."

"Wonderful breakfast, clean comfortable rooms, and helpful staff. We will stay here again if we are in Eureka Springs."
