“It’s a very special hotel. Don’t miss the hot spring pool. The bed was comfortable, but the WiFi was weak in the room.”

“They gave us all only 1 towel each. When we asked for more towels, they told us they don't give out more towels because people steal them. We asked them for soap and tissues because they gave us the leftovers of the guests before us, and they didn't seem too happy to do it. Checkout online says 10:00 but they wanted us to leave at 9 because they said other guests are coming and might arrive while we are still there. So weird and rude! But overall the actual villa is beautiful and the hot spring……

“The Mariam never disappoints. The room was comfortable. The beds allowed a great night sleep. The coffee on the balcony in the early morning overlooking the pool and neighborhood was peaceful and an extremely relaxing way to begin the day. Rasha and Jawoud were very welcoming. Finally, the morning breakfast was scrumptious and fueled for the day. Love, love the Mariam. A returning visitor since 2012. As well, Madaba is a jewel. ”

“I had a wonderful stay at Tell Madaba Hotel. The location is perfect — close to the city center and within walking distance of Madaba’s main attractions. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. “Decent hotel not too far from AMM airport. Hotel front door downstairs is not easy to find when you first arrive so it is on the right side of building. I parked in a dirt parking lot down the right side of hotel. No elevator so be prepared to take your luggage up a couple flights of stairs. We rented a family room with a balcony but door was locked with a key they couldn’t find so we couldn’t use balcony. Loud prayer speaker outside windows. No meals so we found an excellent restaurant very……

“Checked in to what was a room that had been used by someone else and not cleaned. All owner was going to do was change the bed sheets. Awful. There were men hanging around outside the bedroom door so as a party of female travellers it felt really unsafe. We didn’t stay the night because of these things. - also, not convenient for airport of much else. ”

“Our flight was delayed and we ended up coming straight from the airport after dark, we were jet lagged and exhausted but felt better after receiving a warm welcome from Grand Hotel Madaba staff. There was an issue with the AC which was resolved quickly and the room was quite comfortable. Breakfast was huge and we felt fully ready to experience the day! The only regret is we didn’t have time for a swim before checking out.”
