"I absolutely loved my stay on the resort. Don’t be cheap get the enclave upgraded suites it’s totally worth it. We had a regular king suite jungle view & switch immediately the next day to a king suite that came with 2 bathrooms, a tub & 2 balcony. It also comes with butler service which made everything so convenient. He took care of everything, ask for Rapheal he was the best. The food is also really good, do not believe ppl who say the food is nasty, they’re just not use fresh food without all the junk in it. Also when you get the suite you have access to a private pool & restaurants as well as the enclave suite where you can catch some AC, relax, get a drink & eat and snack in. The property is so beautiful & so many amazing places to take pictures. You can also book excursions right on the resort & it wasn’t expensive. We did ATV, Swam in the cenote & ziplining for $250 a person. They even pick you up & drop you all. And for all my wellness ppl they have fitness classes for free. I caught a 7:30am yoga class on the beach right in front of the ocean. It was nice. "Awesome place to stay. It was my first time in an all inclusive and will definitely be back. The staff everywhere is super friendly. The concierge personnel are extreme helpful with booking your dinners and giving you all the info for the activities happening in the area. Extremely grateful for ours-Derek. Everyone will make sure we had everything we needed. All staff will acknowledge you as you pass by them. We were able to go to 4 different a la carte restaurants, all delicious. Our favorite one was La Cantina, we enjoyed the show they have. Also Casa Alma, next to the beach. The breeze you will feel there, so calming. The bars! WOW! The bartenders will have your next drink ready without you asking for them. Bartender Jorge at La Prana pool 100%. Delicious Drinks! A highly recommended place to go as a couple or as a family with kids since they also have a lot of activities for them and a pool playground. The spa. The hydrotherapy. Everything. Go for several days in order to be able to enjoy everything they have to offer. Don’t miss the shows, every night it’s a different one.
