The room was spacious, super clean, king bed was comfortable, there were lots of comfy pillows. The free breakfast was better than expected - made to order, a nice portion, good choices, tasty. One thing: don't expect a shiny glass tower - this place is rustic beach vibe, thatch roof, concrete floors. It is very well maintained. Security is tight, they will park and guard your car. During our stay, Betty was amazing. She was always sooo friendly and kind. Food was very good, pricey though. Breakfast was included but it was just ok. Mixed Drinks were crazy expensive - not many drank by us. Beer was ok priced. Lots of sargassum at the beach, and they only cleaned it up when there was an event planned from outside the hotel. Beach and amenities were lovely though. Just prepare - you can not flush TP anywhere in tulum.
