"I loved everything about this property. They had different styles of food and lots of amenities and activities. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 on all staff members. They all made us feel like family. "

"So the room were spectacular. The service fantastic, the food was delicious an the cocktails out of sight. the only thing that was a surprise is that when we wanted the outdoor pool was not always available. Of course the pool took about an 1.5 hours to get heated, but when we requested to have it turned on, we were never alerted that they would not end up doing it. So after a beautiful romantic walk back from dinner the pool was cold..... A bit of a Debbie Downer since the pool is used in high lighting the property rooms. I would still stay there again, but would ask for them to contact us if they will not be heated after we asked. The beach club was more then comfortable. EVERYONE went beyond the usual for great service. Other then that, we had a magical time. Thank you Tago Tulum "
