"This was the best vacation I’ve had. The stay at the hotel was more than I expected the food was amazing the staff were beyond helpful generous and genuine. I had absolutely no problems nor did I had to wait for anything. The guys at the desk got me anything I asked for. They did an amazing surprise breakfast for my wife. Decorated the room with professional structures made of ballons, chocolate strawberries, roses and a dinner in the most amazing new location . The restaurant servers went out of their way to ensure my wife and I had halal steak for her birthday dinner, getting us extra items from different restaurants to combine into one big meal. The place is absolutely gorgeous the scenery from the appartment was amazing . The pools were well kept, temperature was cool and refreshing walking around under all the trees, their cats were super friendly and loving, room service was great. Copal in Tulum is probably the best hotel for me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else honestly. I felt safe and everyone treated me like they were my best friend. Never told me no . The guys at the check in did way more for me than they needed to . It was absolutely perfect . "

The service at this resort was 5 star (especially Alfonzo at the preferred beach), rooms beautiful and well cared for, the food/drinks were fantastic along with prompt room service on any request. We loved how secluded this resort was with miles of beaches to explore. We look forward to bringing our kids with us next trip!!!"

The food was amazing as well, breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all impressive, generous, and full of fresh local flavors. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure everything was perfect. The room had that perfect “wild luxury” vibe: stylish yet close to nature, with thoughtful details everywhere. I would love to come back and stay here again; it’s truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed."
