"The location of this property was amazing and allowed us to enjoy so many parts of the city. Wonderful restaurants, cafes, along with the park were all in walking distance. The duplex was spotless, had beautiful city views, comfortable beds in addition to great amenities like a balcony, a 16th floor gym/terrace and underground parking. Yamile was the perfect host and went over and above to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Clean! Modern! Safe! City Fun!"

"Loved our stay in Quito. Edwin was an amazing host - picking us up late and dropping us back at the airport very early 5 days later. His apartment was perfect! "The manager and owner are fantastic. They helped us with so much and sent a driver to collect us at the airport. The house is super secure and we felt right at home. "The location is very good. However, the owner's response to problems with TV and internet speed was not great. The internet speed was extremely slow and never got it resolved after multiple complaints. Of course, can't stream TV with very slow internet. Had to go across the street to send emails and/or get some work done. Owner basically left it to me to communicate with service provider. I will not stay there again, much better options elsewhere !"

"Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine."
