Very pleased with my stay. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great! The juice machine was out of order the two days I was there but that didn’t affect my experience. Definitely would stay here again.

The hotel & staff were nice & clean but the room was so small! I have never stayed in such a small room in a Holiday Inn. The bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab (both of us came back with achy backs) Bathroom was SO tiny with very little water pressure! It also wasn’t stocked with amenities like most are (& we usually stay at Holiday or Hampton Inns). It was just not to the level we are used to at Holiday Inn!

This was our second time staying here, it’s definitely going to be our go-to when we visit my parents. It’s a great value for your money, the staff are super friendly and helpful, the rooms are nice and there’s plenty of parking. Last time we stayed here, we had to move rooms in the middle of the night because we found centipedes in our room (not the hotel’s fault, bugs will find there way inside ANYWHERE), and the staff was super helpful in getting us a new room on a higher floor. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice, affordable stay in Madison.
