Lovely hotel nestled in an historic southern town. The public square and park are wonderful as are the shops and local restaurants. Note that the "park view" rooms get road noises late at night and early in the morning.

Perfect stop in a small quaint beautiful town outside Atlanta. Rooms are so unique and not cookie cutter like all hotels now. I was looking for a different experience than just a chain hotel and this definitely fit the bill wonderfully. Right across from the Park and walkable to all things one can do in Madison.

The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in (except my own). The property is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are spacious, especially the bathrooms. They recommended a wonderful restaurant just steps from the back door. There are elevators which were not mentioned in the expedia description. We will definitely stay again when we are passing through.

The room was spotless and the staff very courteous and helpful. Located in the center of town, this was the place to be to enjoy all that Madison has offer, all in walking distance. We definitely will return to stay at the Madison Inn.

Loved staying in this boutique hotel - walking distance to all the restaurants. The town is very quaint and charming! The hotel is decorated so nicely - the rooms are like walking into your own bedroom at home. Loved everything about our stay!

Awesome every time.

The James Madison Inn has always been a great place to stay for my wife and me. The room is always comfortable clean and cozy. The staff are very friendly and the location is perfect for walking around historic Madison.
