My stay at Simpson Bay Resort, Marina & Spa was disappointing. While the property itself is beautiful, the overall guest experience fell well below expectations. I found several staff members to be rude, dismissive, and unwilling to accommodate reasonable guest requests. The biggest issue was transportation within the resort. Once the internal shuttle service stopped operating, my wife and I were forced to walk up a very steep hill to reach our room. Because the resort does not allow taxi service on the property, we had no alternative transportation option. This was especially frustrating after a long day and created an unnecessary hardship, particularly for guests with mobility concerns or anyone staying in the hillside accommodations. A resort of this size should provide a practical transportation solution after shuttle hours or allow taxis to assist guests. Unfortunately, the lack of flexibility and poor customer service overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable stay. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the guest experience.

Good hotel

It’s an okay hotel, the only great thing about this hotel is the pool. The hotel itself is bit rundown. The rooms need some upgrades
