“The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I update them on activities I had planned and they told me the route or where they would rather recommend. They didn’t treat me as guests but rather as friends. People I knew from long time and we were reuniting. “The property is spectacular. Sitting up high on the hill/mountain-side with a perfect unobstructed view overlooking the Dawn Beach bay and the mountains of St. Bart centered on the horizon. The house was perfect for us - we were 4 adults and 7 kids and perfectly fit Villa Movina's 2 living spaces and 6 bedrooms rooms that could each be master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (plus multiple additional powder rooms and an additional full bathroom in the gym), and some with outdoor showers, jet……

“This was an excellent home to stay at for our first time in SXM! The host was lovely and so was Camilla who welcomed into the house and gave a tour. She even helped us pick up our luggage and carry them up the stairs without us asking! She was AMAZING! The only negative I can think of is that this location was a bit far away from the city and the heart of Philipsburg. Other than that, it was an INCREDIBLE with a BEAUTIFUL view! “Isa the host was very accommodating and communicated well via What's APP. The room was clean and had many amenities. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and only 6 units share the little pool. We left for most of the day so didn't see other guests very often.”

“Beautiful villa directly on the ocean. Constant breeze and no mosquitoes! We enjoyed the gourmet kitchen and spacious interior. Only suggestion is for a handrail down the steps to the pool and clear markings on edges of the steps. The outdoor deck and seating is great but pool deck difficult to access for elderly and not good for young children. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property.”
