"The property is a dream. Large house with separate entries for the walk out basement and upstairs units, perfect for two families to share. We loved the views, the fruit trees (particularly the lychees and mangoes) and my daughter was obsessed with the neighbour's goats who kept sneaking into our yard. The Eddie Tam park next door is huge and beautiful, great for sunset walks. We always stay in upcountry when we visit Maui, as we like the quiet and cooler temperatures, and central location on the island. The house had everything we needed - beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs and umbrella, small kitchen appliances, and a ton of washers and dryers so everyone could do laundry at the same time. The only negative was that the bathroom in the basement smelled awful. It was something we were able to tolerate but would reconsider staying in the basement if the problem isnt rectified. The owner was super responsive during our stay and also said she'd fix the bathroom issue. Overall we loved the place and we have wonderful memories from our visit. We look forward to returning. "

"This is a charming boutique hotel which just happened to be super-convenient location-wise for the Cycle to the Sun race event. Right next to the bike shop that organized the event and close to the start line. It also has access to a beautiful beach and is smack in the middle of Paia town with plenty of food and shopping options."

"We dropped in for a few days for a wedding. Beautifully maintained property with quaint, cute and immaculately clean rooms. There were also nice larger rooms for extended stays that are ocean facing. The light breakfast, coffee and beach towels provided daily were fabulous for our short stay. The beach was right around the corner from our unit, nice beach to mention and very clean and clean water showers provided for rinsing off after a day at the beach. We loved our stay and are looking forward to planning our 2026 trip for a longer duration! We will be back!"

"It was a great stay. It was really convenient to have the washer and dryer inside the room. We did have a problem with the washer as it broke down after a week but we were able to use another one from another room and the broken machine was changed a few days before our checkout. I'm highly recommending this place."

"Nice renovated interior! Maybe replace jalousy windows with insulated double pane glass in future to be more energy efficient. Washer dryer is outdated and noisy but still works. Nice kitchen but lacks cooking condiments…,cooking oil, soy sauce, vinegar, zip bags, surround wrap, etc. but utensils are new."

The location was fantastic from a family perspective (right across the street from a family oriented swimmable beach), close to restaurants and a short drive to a grocery store. The highlight for us though was the lanai. It was enclosed by palms and plumeria and felt private and very Hawaiian... and the constant scent of plumeria made it all the better."

"It was an amazing boutique resort the property is beautiful and very relaxing a different vibe from the other Wailea resorts the staff is great and the amenities are nice including the shuttles to anywhere in the Wailea area. Definitely would come back and say if you get a chance to check it out loved our suite"
