Apartment LUISA in the Casa Corte in the heart of Malcesine

The house Corte, in which the apartment LUISA is located, is a typical Italian house from the year 800, which was completely renovated and renovated in 2017 and is located in the pedestrian zone of the old town of Malcesine, absolutely quiet in a side street below the Scaliger Castle, located.
All amenities such as restaurants, supermarket, bars, the old port, the cable car to Monte Baldo, promenade and beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
The apartment LUISA is on the top floor and can accommodate 2 people.
It is completely modern open and has a sleeping area with a double bed in the rear area and a living-dining area with a modern fitted kitchen, dining table and couch in the front area.
The fitted kitchen in the living room is equipped as follows: induction hob, oven, coffee machine, large fridge and a separate freezer compartment.
The modern sofa can also function as a sofa bed.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a toilet and BD.
The apartment is completely covered with parquet, including the bathroom.

Sehr schöne zentral gelegene Wohnung

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Sie ist sauber, direkt in der Altstadt und die Betreuung/Kommunikation war einwandfrei.

Zentrale Wohnung in Malcesine

Wir sind sehr angetan von der Unterkunft. Sehr zentral, ruhig, äußerst funktionsfähig und wir hatten alles was wir benötigen. Vielen lieben Dank, dass wir hier sein durften. Wir werden ihre Unterkunft weiter empfehlen und falls es uns irgendwann nochmal möglich ist werden wir die Wohnung noch einmal nehmen. Malcesine ist ein sehr schöner Ort, wir würden sogar behaupten, einer der schönsten Orte am Gardasee und wir gratulieren ihnen zu diesem einzigartigen Ort.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt und ist nur fußläufig zu erreichen. Kurze Wege zu Restaurants und Hafen. Toller Ausgangspunkt. Sicherer Parkplatz. Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht (Klimaanlage!) Wir haben es genossen.

Sehr komfortabel und alles wichtige fußläufig erreichbar! Super Hundefreundlich und top ausgestattete Wohnung mit Klimaanlage für heiße Tage ! Der Balkon bot einen traumhaften Ausblick mit Blick auf den Monte Baldo und vor allem den wunderschönen Gardasee 😍 Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war mehr als vorbildlich und super nett 👍 Vielen Dank dafür und wir kommen gerne wieder !

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Das Apartment Luisa war - trotz dem täglichen "Aufstiegs" in den 3. Stock - genau die richtige Wahl für uns! :D Die Größe ist für ein Paar perfekt. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar, mitten in der Altstadt von Malcesine, nur einen Steinwurf vom See, von Restaurants, Supermärkten, einer tollen Südtiroler Bäckerei und vom Hafen entfernt und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Der kleine Balkon ist perfekt für ein Frühstück mit Aussicht oder ein Glas Wein am Abend, Das Apartment selbst ist sehr modern eingerichtet und klug renoviert. Die Küche ist für zwei Personen ausreichend ausgestattet, wobei wir nur das Frühstück selbst zubereitet haben. Der geräumige Kühlschrank hat ein Gefrierfach und es gibt auch ein Induktionskochfeld mit Ofen. Das ganze Apartment war ausgesprochen sauber. Der Check-In hat reibungslos funktioniert, die Vermieter sind sehr nett und geben auch Restaurant- und Veranstaltungstipps. Die Kommunikation via WhatsApp war sehr einfach und die Antwort kam schnell. Auch die anderen Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Der Parkplatz, ein privates und eingezäuntes Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen, war ca. 4 bis 5 Gehminuten vom Apartment entfernt, was für uns kein Problem war. Wir können das Apartment Luisa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Blick über See und Monte Baldo

Schöne, helle Wohnung, modern-funktional möbliert und mit allem was man so braucht. Bei dem heissen Wetter waren wir froh über die gut funktionierende Klimaanalage. Tolle Lage direkt in Malcesine; vom kleinen Balkon aus sowohl Gardasee als auch Monte Baldo Blick, aus der Tür treten und durch die alten Gäßchen bummeln. Alles ist bequem erreichbar: Hafen mit guten Schiffsverbindungen, Talstation des Monte Baldo, Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt, Restaurants.
