“This property is in fair condition with some soft spots in the flooring. Furniture is not completely comfortable. The living area is not big enough if you have more than 3 people. We were visiting for a sporting event on the MSU campus, so the location was good for walking even. Kitchen was well stocked. Storage space, especially in the bedrooms, is used more for cleaners' convenience and there is no space to "unpack" and lay out clothes in drawers and feel at home. Closets had 3……

“This was my second stay at the property - it’s a perfect place for a single, couple or small family visiting the Bozeman area. I use this place because it’s close to my son, who is a Montana State student. The property is close to the downtown dining/shopping/entertainment scene, MSU’s campus, and any amenities you would need. It’s also priced better than many local hotels of similar quality. ”

“I had a very nice stay at Brad's apartment. The rooms were clean, the location was convenient (easy quick drives to downtown, grocery store, MSU, etc.), and the kitchen was really well stocked so I didn't have to buy a case of salt and pepper for a short stay. It was great to have a full-size washer and dryer too. Brad's doing some renovation so the outside stairway area is a little bit messy. He just needs to have the contractors do some clean up.
