I have to share that I made a reservation for a King Suite for 3 nights, with a credit card on file. We ended up needing to stay somewhere else for the first night. Long story short, when we came to check in the following day, the hotel gave our room away (that we reserved with card) and instead, they downgraded us to a queen standard (no view) with 2 queen beds instead and much smaller, all for the SAME price as my original reservation. No accommodations or anything. I will say the hotel did call me at 11p and 2a when I was sleeping to let me know I didn’t check in the first night…maybe some fault on my end for not giving notice to hotel but figured I’d be paying for the room regardless of what time I checked in. Just a heads up in case folks need to alter plans. Front desk staff were incredibly rude. Otherwise, room was clean and hotel in a good location. Continental breakfast was great as well. Just pretty disappointed with the way the hotel handled my reservation.
