“Good enough”

“Extremely disappointing stay. We arrived at 9:20 PM, but the room we booked had mistakenly been given to another group. When we went to the room, another party was already there and understandably became upset when we woke them for being in our room We waited outside/in the hallway without a room until 11:10,nearly 2 hours. The supervisor struggled to communicate with the other guests, so I had to help translate and convince them to move rooms. During this, the supervisor opened the door to……

“Very clean, beautiful apartment with everything we needed. Location was perfect right in the heart of the historic area! We loved having the windows open to hear the church bells and chatter of people out walking. Shopping, food and sights were right on our doorstep and staff were very helpful. We were not expecting housekeeping, which was a nice surprise and breakfast was superb! There were a fair amount of steps up to our apartment, so that might be something for others to consider.”

“A lovely stay! The room and bathroom were clean and roomy. The staff was very communicative via WhatsApp. The hotel is in a convenient location in the old Citi. The only thing I would have liked but not a real problem is to have USB ports in the room. ”

“Sólo estuvimos una noche, pero el alojamiento superó nuestras expectativas. Apartamento amplio, cómodo y bien equipado. Ubicación fantástica. Llegamos después del cierre de la recepción, pero la comunicación con el personal fue muy ágil y fluida y nos permitió hacer el check-in sin problemas. Por poner una pega, el apartamento para 6 sólo tenía un cuarto de baño (fantástico, eso sí).”
