Room was clean but in rough shape, carpet was matted and deformed. Staff was excellent and the helpful with arranging shuttle.

The gym is clean and well stocked with equipment. Logan at the front desk was very helpful. Fantastic lobby.

This was our first visit to Mystic and we blown away!! What a beautiful, amazing property. We were so impressed by the options for dining and bars we had a hard time choosing. Can’t wait to come back and experience more of the amenities on site like the golf and the spa. Overall, amazing experience! Absolutely recommend.

My room was clean. Had great food for breakfast by way of room service. Quiet hotel. Great beds. Everyone that works there is so nice. I stayed here for four days. I was doing something at the convention center. You can walk outside or by way of skyway.

Great views and location. I think the rooms need to be updated, especially the bathrooms. Restaurant staff the coffee shop. Staff were very friendly. The event staff could be a little more friendly and hospitable. Definitely think that they could benefit from some training on food, allergies even basic ones like nuts and strawberries.. for that type of hotel for especially for a business convention center. I expected a higher caliber of service and Venue. Was disappointed
