"We were in Boone for our son’s graduation from App State. The house is a quick 5 minute drive & convenient to the college & King St. We’ve rented a few houses over the years & this is the best location by far! House has everything you might need & we loved watching the deer from the back deck! Thanks for an enjoyable stay! "

"We had a great stay at this property but the floor of the house was filthy upon entering. Additionally one of the bathrooms was not clean, there were dirty sheets in the closets, and there was missing toilet paper. Contacted the host but they never sent a cleaning person. If this was fixed, this property would be amazing, but due to this I can't recommend. If you don't mind these things, you'll love this place."
