“We stayed here for two nights while visiting the McDonald Observatory in the Davis Mountains. The unit itself was clean, the A/C worked very well, and there was plenty of hot water.There were, however, a few areas that could use some attention. The photos of the back patio are outdated. The space currently has a patio table and a plastic picnic table, but the patio table hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. The umbrella was a nice touch and provided good shade, but there was an empty water……

“The property was beautiful and we loved the remote feeling. The stars were beautiful to watch at night! My only complaint is that two weeks before the reservation I asked about if a portable grill, stovetop burner or small charcoal grill was aloud and then messaged two days before and never received an answer.
