We really liked our stay here. Staff were helpful, area was good for shopping and eating. Free breakfast was really good. The only weird part was that we booked two of the same rooms—one for us and one for our friends. Their room was big and had a huge bed. Our room was actually two small rooms, one had a smaller bed and the other a single bed. I think this was a family room? Which was not what we booked or what we wanted but it was ok. Would have much preferred a nice big room with big bed like our friends.

The staff could not do enough for you, nothing was a problem . The room was quiet and near the pool. additional facilities at the hotel, sundeck, food area and cafe. The riad was a 2 minute walk to Marrakech's main square and the soukes. Breakfast eas provide in the room rate and was very good. I would recommend this as a safe place to stay.

Lovely original property built round an open courtyard and close to the main square. Truthfully the odd bit of maintenance but somehow that added to its authenticity and charm. Be warned though, lots of steep steps.

All the staff here were so lovely and welcoming. The hotel is in a perfect location, walking distance to all main sites in Marrakech. The daily breakfast was delicious. Well worth a stay!

The was such a lovely place to stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, rooms are wonderfully made up, with a lovely pool, terrace and courtyard areas. The staff were so attentive, helpful and welcoming. The area is so close to the square and all the nearby souks are easy to walk to and yet it wasn’t a noisy area at all. Would absolutely stay here again!

A very special hotel
We arrived in Marrakech just 3 days after the earthquake and we had decided that if it was too unsafe, we would immediately cancel our booking and continue our break by train to Rabat or Fez instead. We were made very welcome on arrival and we were reassured by the kindness, hospitality and openness of the staff, hotel Sherazade consists of two riads side by side. We were upgraded and placed in the 2nd riad, this building was very solid and in good structural condition so we felt very safe. Hotel Sherazade is indeed an oasis, the rooms are very comfortable and simply furnished, the showers are hot and powerful. The rooms are kept cool with effective air conditioning. Cleaning is continuous and to a high standard throughout the day Breakfast is a simple but elegant affair on the rooftop with fresh delicious breads, fruit, eggs, and cakes, there is also plenty of tea and coffee. We arrived with some concerns but at the end of 5 days we did not want to leave. In Marrakech, life is quickly returning to normal, the news images on television exaggerate the degree of damage, it is reasonably easy to have a good vacation and stay safe by just using some judgment and common sense. We look forward to returning next year.

I highly recommend this place to have a real cultural immersion. The place is super clean, the staff outstanding and the ryad is beautiful with nice spaces to enjoy like the upstairs terrace, the pool and the dinning room where the breakfast was authentic and delicious.

Really lovely, quiet Riad hidden in the heart of the Medina. The staff are lovely, the breakfast was amazing, and the rooms were a beautiful, cool respite from the heat of the day. Once within the walls of the Riad, the noise of the bustling markets faded awaynand it was just bliss.
