“I paid for a non smoking room that was not provided lady told me to cancel because Expedia had my money. This was from April and I am yet to get my money back. I also had insurance and nothing they all a bunch of thieves working together. No accountability no one wants to take responsibility.”

“Pecan Cottages was super cute, clean and comfortable. We had the Davey Crockett cottage for our 2 night stay while we were visiting some family we have seen for over 30 years! It was a perfect choice over a standard hotel room. Quaint and cute, the decor was well thought out and strategic. It was an old school cabin for sure but had wifi, mini frig, Keurig and TV, everything ya needed was there! Bed was comfortable and we slept pretty good! Charity and Clint (the owners) were really nice and……

“The host was responsive and the place was perfect for me and my daughter to stay for a couple of days. The only small gripe I would have is the water pressure in the shower is poor. Otherwise, we had a great stay!”

“The property was average, nothing special/unique. The hand towel in the bathroom was worn out and probably should have just been retired by the property cleaning staff. The bars of soap were very small and a little larger bar would be preferred. Everything was fine but a few small extra touches like the soap and hand towel would enhance customer perception. Finally the hotel advertises free breakfast but you actually get a voucher for $5. I had a large coffee and blueberry muffin and the……
