The interior is elegantly decorated, and the facilities and supplies in the room are good enough. The unavailability of a reception counter may be an inconvenience, however, the communication with the manager before arriving are effective in facilitating checking in. “I used prepaid service, but when checking in, staff asked me to pay by credit card or what. I said I have already paid, the staff said that’s just booked, not prepaid. Later I requested confirmation by calling, and finally he said I am right. I am not saying he was cheating to charge at higher price, but such practices are poor and brought uncomfortable experience for customers. I doubt their professionalism and integrity.
