"That apartment is very fonctional and comfortable. The terrace is big enough to have meals on it up to 4 people. The view ( even if it's a side view ) on the sea and on the countryside is very nice. The building in front is far enough to allow a wide enough view on the sea. The beach is just at 50 meters which is very pleasant. The neighborhood and the street down the building is very quiet.
