this is for the adventerous, dont get scare on the way there the roads are a little rough due to the hotel still being developed. Chef Marcelo is a plus for this hotel and Sol as well. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The property was ideal and as described. The only things we could have used was a fan and more mosquito spray! We were walking distance to the butterfly garden which was spectacular as well as a chairlift going up the mountain for a waterfall tour. It was farther into town than walking distance and ...

Ana, the hotel manager is amazing. She is very approachable and easy to talk to. Her customer service is stellar. Víctor, the manager of the guides, also provided wonderful customer service. Guides Jacquie and Manolo were awesome.
