“Exactly what we expected. Walking distance (15 min) to downtown. Old mom-and-pop style hotel which is what we wanted. Admittedly, there were places where the walls in the room looked a little rough, but clean as a whistle. Beds, sheets, and pillows were great. AC worked dandy, as did fridge. Staff is very friendly, as are the other guess. There are not many amenities plus you have to pay for ice, which is a slight downer. But I'd stay here again 10x before I'd stay in one of the big boxes……

“We stayed here for one night. When we arrived, we found dead insects in both the room and the bathroom. The room did not have a refrigerator, microwave, or coffee maker. The property is also quite far from most services. On the positive side, the restaurant was good, the staff was welcoming, and the parking was convenient. Since we left around 6:00 a.m., we were unable to get either coffee or ice. Overall, we would not stay here ”

“The room and bathroom were clean but we noticed a few black beetles in the room. Time to spray! Breakfast was ok. Staff nice. Not the worst place we’ve ever stayed in. Bed good.”

“Great beds, nice choice of pillows. Room was nicely cleaned. Area felt very safe and staff was helpful and friendly. Good availability of parking. Close to dining for lunch or dinner. Fair breakfast. Biscuits seem almost raw, but good gravy. Eggs were well cooked, not dry - just right. Nice selection of sides (yogurt, fruit, bagels, muffins, etc) Good coffee. Would stay here again. Reasonable rate.”

“Communication was incredible with Arrowhead Motel. The rooms are exceptionally clean with little extras like character folded towels, mini candies, and bottled water. Check in and check out are unbelievably easy. We started staying there because of its perfect location. We keep returning because of their amazing hospitality.”

“It is an old motel, but it seemed clean. It could do with a makeover. If you aren't expecting the Hilton, you will be fine here for a night. The beds were comfy, the place was quiet and the restaurants are right around the corner and very good. It is a pleasant little town on our way to Devils Tower and beyond.”
