“Check in was very easy and appliances are very new and efficient. We loved outdoor patio. Well furnished. Communication with the owner was easy. Only problem we had was a dinning table and chairs, which were too high and not steady enough. We recommend this condo full heartedly. ”

“We’ve stayed here multiple times because it’s such and and convenient place. Great location to walk to anything in downtown Edwards (groceries, shopping, plenty of restaurants). Easy drive/bike to Avon. Convenient covered parking with elevator to get your stuff to unit. Pool, hot tub and workout room are all nice amenities. Host is easy to communicate with. ”

“Started out rough when they sent me the check in info 30 minutes after the check in time of 4pm. I called twice and messaged and texted as I was waiting. Although clean, the condition of the place is a rough. And the photos online are of the same bedroom, none of the second bedroom, the master. One curtain in the master is literally ripped in half so you can't close it so no sleeping in. Toilet seat has the finish wore off in several places. And the living room curtains are rough.
