McCoole Chalets

"We enjoyed the roominess of the house and rooms. Everyone had their own space if they wanted it, and yet there was plenty of room to congregate in the common areas or around the kitchen table. The kids loved the pool and the dock access and spent quite a bit of time trying to fish. The wooded area was very nice, beds were comfortable, and we also enjoyed the hot tubs!"

"Was a last minute stay. Staff was very friendly. Room was spotless and smelled good. Extra cover in the closet so I wouldn’t have to ask for another one. When we want a get away from home this will be where we go!!"

"We went to Cumberland for an overnight. The room was a good size, clean, and the bed was comfortable. By the time we got to breakfast some items were out, but it was nice."

"The room was clean and simple, adequate for my goal which was to get a good night's sleep. I headed for bed around 9pm, and the other occupants were audible in adjacent rooms and the corridor, so I turned on the fan in the wall unit which provided sufficient white noise for a restful sleep. There is a restaurant across the street which opens at 6am, so I went there for breakfast."
