The food service was not what I expected. Breakfast- eggs and bacon were not freshly cooked. Eggs tasted like powder eggs. Steak and cheese sandwich - meat was tough- seems it was re-grilled. Overall, place was clean and staff were great. Need better food service. Mostly senior citizens were in attendance, but only gave a senior discount on food on Mondays- we are seniors everyday of the week- given the prices and quality of the food they should rethingk this. Slot machines did not pay off on Sunday- but other days they did. I was told they cut their losses on Sunday...... Parking was good. the place is in a very ice scenic area of the park and was beautifully surrounded by mountains. Although I didn't enjoy the food- I may still go back because of the wonderful staff.

Wonderful place. Right on the lake with paddle boards and kayaks. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Outdated property that needs some renovations. There was a musty smell…the lobby, halls, and our room. I would say the entire hotel including our room was moderately clean. Front desk staff was poor starting with check-in. Tried to call the front desk while we were out that night to inquire about transportation and nobody answered. The next morning tried to call the desk 4 times to ask for a late check-out and nobody answered. For $300 a night (with taxes and fees) you would think it would have been a better experience. I guess it’s a resort area near a popular lake so they can get away with this. Will not stay there again.
