“We had a great stay! We chose this cabin to help us escape from our busy life. The home is beautiful, designed with such care and unique finishes. The kitchen is well stocked with high quality cookware and appliances (there was even a large assortment of coffees, spices, sweeteners), the outdoor space is incredible, and the setting is gorgeous. We enjoyed watching squirrels and birds play in the oak trees throughout the property. Brett was an excellent host, he was great at communicating with us...

“Everything we expected and more. Visited relatively early in the Spring so we're coming back in June to make better use of outdoor dining, etc. The cabin was super cozy and we made full use of the hot tub and fireplace. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“Private yet minutes to McHenry and Deep Creek Lake State Park. Plenty of space for relaxing and cooking. Only entrance to living area is from the upper deck. Game room is separate entrance on lower level. Deck is a bonus! Great for eating outside or star-gazing in the evenings.”

“The entire house is very spacious. The listing says it sleeps 16. 6 of us went. The location, hot tub, cleanliness, and firepit were fantastic. If you plan to cook in, there are plenty of plates and cups. There is one giant pot, but nothing smaller, and the frying pans are not very nice. “Cabin was immaculate. Clean as a whistle. Good location. The only drawback for me was the wisp resort parking lot. When we come back in the evenings we always like to have nightcap or 2 on outdoor patio. There are 4 spotlights that shine on their parking lot which also shine in the eyes of the guests sitting outside at “the View”. For us, it ruins the ambiance. All in all, a very nice cabin.”
